In Just 3 Days — Completely Free
The beginner hockey challenge for people who've never touched a puck, never laced up skates, and have no idea where to start. We'll change all of that.
But you don't know where to start. There's no beginner map, just YouTube rabbit holes and overpriced local clinics that assume you already know the basics.
You imagine walking into a rink and looking completely lost while everyone else glides past you. The fear of embarrassment keeps you in the stands.
You've felt it — that pull. The speed, the physicality, the teamwork. You're not watching hockey, you're imagining yourself out there. It's time to get there.
We built the on-ramp to hockey that nobody else created.
PuckZero is a free 3-day beginner hockey challenge designed specifically for people with zero experience. No rink access required for Day 1 and 2 — you'll build foundational skills before you ever step on the ice.
Each day is 45–60 minutes of focused, progressive training. By Day 3, you'll know how to skate, handle a puck, and play your first real pickup game without looking like a lost penguin.
Each day builds on the last. Miss none of them.
Before you touch ice, we fix your foundation. Balance, body position, gear selection, and the mindset to walk into any rink with confidence.
Grip, stance, forehand, backhand, saucer passes, wrist shots. We strip stick handling to its bare fundamentals and drill them into muscle memory.
Theory meets action. You'll learn skating patterns, defensive positioning, and how to read a real game so your first pickup experience doesn't feel like chaos.
We don't assume a thing. Whether you've never laced up skates or you played a different sport and want to switch — PuckZero meets you exactly where you are.
The challenge is free forever. VIP is for players who want more.
⚠ VIP spots are capped at 200 players. 47 spots remaining.
Mike picked up his first stick at 28. No hockey background, no skating experience — just a stubborn refusal to keep watching from the stands. Over three years, he went from complete beginner to playing competitive rec-league hockey, and he documented every breakthrough and failure along the way. PuckZero is the system he wishes had existed when he started. He's coached over 2,000 adult beginners and believes the hardest part of hockey isn't the skating — it's having the courage to show up for the first time.
"I signed up thinking I'd fail on Day 1. By Day 3 I was actually in a real pickup game. The structure made all the difference — I never felt lost or behind."
"The VIP community alone was worth $47. Having coaches and other beginners in a Discord at midnight when I'm freaking out about my first session? Invaluable."
"I watched hockey for 15 years from my couch. Three days with PuckZero and I was on the ice. My family couldn't believe it. I still can't believe it."
